What book? And it's still do tomorrow if you're going to be there, Alex. "Thr3e" by Ted Dekker

Um... isn't it still due tomorrow? I doubt Coach would care. If somebody's absent, he'll just pick it up whenever they're back. I'm turning mine in whenever I'm back (and have all the notes). It's not going on report cards for this six weeks. I wanted to finish a book I've been reading, but I already know the end and now I can't get through the bulky middle.

And at night, I keep getting delusional because my temperature gets so high. I wake up, freak out, and start counting my steps. I woke up in the middle of the night a few night ago and completely went whacko because I didn't think I'd "taken enough steps." So now I'm going crazy. Oh joy...

Holy snot, I've been sick for a freakin' week now! WHEN WILL THIS END? I've missed practically the whole week of school (I doubt I'll be there tomorrow, considering this is never ending).
But on the good side, I'm not freaking out like Gleasonator and HON trying to finish my project... =)

What do the crayons say? "On"?
Anyways... Boredom? When I'm bored, I eat. xD Or I listen to music. Music always takes me far away from any boredom.

I should search the two most conforming bands of the year... Panic! at the Disco VS. Fall out Boy Fall out Boy wins with 47,800,000 results. (Wow, I thought Panic would win...)Led Zeppelin VS. AC/DC AC/DC with 3,900,000 results. Jon Foreman (lead singer of switchfoot) VS. David Crowder (... from his band)David Crowder wins with 1,250,000 results. (Yeah! Crowder rocks!) (That's him. Really. He's awesome. And definitely a nonconformist.) And for the heck of it, I'll search an old social studies topic: Roman Catholic VS. Protestantism Roman Catholic with 11,700,000 results...

That is false. If you are a pirate, you are NOT free. There are rules you need to follow It's just from a stupid 5 year old show that's on TV. They wouldn't go into full details about pirates (and... pirating, I guess... xD).

I don't, I was just jokin'. xD

6th graders are REALLY retarded. they go around thinking that now that they're in middle school, they're indestructable. the whole cell phone thing, no one younger that 12 should have one. Very true. They're freaky and loud. And they don't even need cell phones. Urrgh. They call their parents just because they want people to see their cell phones. It's pointless. I doubt that the 6th graders this year have learned anything about being normal. They are wayyy too hyper. I like hating myself. *raises hand*

Exactly! Having a MySpace or a cell phone doesn't make you cool, it's your personality! Or, by the way kids judge people now, it's your looks (which isn't a really good thing to judge by)... But that's so true.

I completely agree with you there. My friend Andrew has two neighbors, both 2nd or 3rd graders. Guess what? They both have Motorola RAZRS! I'm not getting a cell phone until I'm 16. And I really have no need for one currently. I would get so annoyed at those kids if they lived near me... And I hate it when kids think they're cool because they have cell phones and Myspaces and whatever. It's so pathetic.

Urgh, elementary kids are so pathetic sometimes. It's so annoying when I see second graders with cell phones. Why the crap would a second grader need a cell phone?! They can barely even tie their shoes. You were once an elementry kid too. Yes, but elementary kids are getting more and more spoiled every freakin' year.

If there ever is a National White Men day, I am going to lose it. I would freak out if that ever happened. Men have always been treated well. They don't deserve a holiday... xD

How come there is not a mens day? And how come there is only black history month? Because... Men have always been treated better than women. Women weren't given a lot of rights in the 1800s and early 1900s. Then, the Constitution of the United States came along, and as it was amended, women were given rights. As for Black History month... well, blacks were slaves. They went through hardships that whites never faced. White Americans always treated blacks horribly. There were even clans that killed blacks just because of their skin color. Yet, blacks lived on. They've seen the darkest things... I don't think white Americans deserve a month devoted to them, but maybe other races do...

Oh, and tomorrow is Old Stuff Day. Just in case anyone wants to appreciate their old stuff. Why? I don't know. It was just there. So in the middle of math class (on the 9th) I'll freak out or something. (I have to mark it on my calender, though... I'll never remember.) Wow! I never even knew there was such thing! *shrugs* I never knew until a few days ago. I might make something on a stick for the.... ..... or not. I don't know. I just really love the name of the holiday. xD

Exactly. Along with that, the Bible does have verses that say believing in Jesus will get you into heaven. The most common one, John 3:16, says: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."

(edit) *coughs* whoops. My bad. I posted. xD (end edit)
There will always be debates about this stuff (in real life and on the internet), you gotta get used to it. After all, everyone has there opinions on the afterlife.
That's true. It might not be fair. But, then again, life isn't always fair. And you never know exactly what happens in death until you actually die.
There are some people who believe that once you die, your soul dies along with you. Then, you're never are concious again. If your idea was true, what would happen to those people?

He's completely right, I mean, God did create the entire universe! He also created us, so he has a right to burn non-believers. What if you were a supreme God, and everyone thought you were fake? Wait, wait, wait. God doesn't want us to burn in hell. It's more so based on our decisions. He's not going to be like, "I never liked you, Jacqui, so off you go to hell." It's not like that at all. He wishes that we would believe in Him and His son. But we're the ones that have the freedom to believe what we want; we get to choose what happens to us in the afterlife. And humans don't all believe in the same things...

Yes. It says that if we do not believe in Christ Jesus, and the blood he shed for us, we will not be let into heaven. It says that when we die, we will go before God to be judged. He will go over anything good or bad that happened in our lives. Then, we will either be let into heaven, or go into hell. It all adds up to us going and spreading the word about Christianity. We believe that we're saving lives, one at a time. But... Death is a hard subject to talk about, because no one has ever experienced death and come back to talk about it.

Back to the topic of faith.
I'm not sure that I agree with that statement. It's not faith... it's more of the boundaries of the world and laws of gravity (considering the example you gave).
Exactly! That would be ridiculous.
You would be forcing yourself into death, which would be what you want (in that moment, at least). God gave us the power to choose for ourselves, so that we wouldn't be complete "robots."
But of course, if you were ready to jump, God would be right there with you, waiting for you to come to your senses and not jump. He would be the voice in your head telling you that jumping is a bad decision.
If you follow through on the jump, you'll probably be dead. It was your decision to kill yourself, of course.
BUT it is possible to force yourself off of a cliff and live. It just depends on the distance from the ledge to the ground... Or whether or not God still wants you to be on the Earth. Then miracles can happen...

First of all, I would like to thank SkullFarmer for that wonderful speech. Anyway, if you are not a Christian, how would you feel on your deathbed? How could you die thinking that you won't have anywhere to go once you leave? To me, that would be a very painful experience. No offence to you or anything, I just wanted to clear things up a bit. (Gonna jump in here a bit...) Exactly. How has your life been, and are you leaving without regrets? And where exactly would you go after this life? If I (personally) didn't believe that there's life after death, I would be so scared of dying. But I have faith that after I die, I can and will go to heaven. I'm not as scared of death. Even though I may be afraid that a friend or family member could die, I believe that just their material bodies are deceasing. I believe that I will see them again when I die. But an end can always start a beginning, can it not?
