It could mean "cool" as in, thanks for telling me that. Or "cool" as in, chill out or calm down. What is it?

Thorax has gone another identity change.
And you messed up.
"Feel thy wrath", would be "Feel Your Wrath" Change it to my wrath.

So basically, Thorax is saying that I have wrath. I don't know whether thats good or bad.

Thorax is asking you to feel your OWN wrath.

Well, it's usually "Feel my wrath", but Thorax mighta' been trying to do something a little different and make us stop thinking of others, and think of our own dark, wrathful souls.
How thoughtful! ^^

Well you aren't actually MAKING them. Just using the premade things and adding in a picture. And I'm not really willing to pay for that.

So what kind of work is it making a sig from scratch?

You have to take some stuff from the internet called C4D's. You can find plenty of them at DeviantArt You take about 5-8 of them, whatever color you please, and import them into a photo editing program like Photoshop (or Fireworks). Making a good C4D by hand (or should I say "mouse") would take forever. You may think that this is considered "cheating" or "foul play" but this is perfectly O.K. to most people. Here are some good examples of C4D's that I found: Purple C4D RenderbackMetal C4DC4D Red Abstract Render (I used this in my sig)You add the C4D you want as your base at the bottom and play around with it's saturation/opacity/texture/etc. You keep doing that, and then add your picture maybe after the 4th C4D, but make the C4D's ontop of that very light opacity. In the end, if you want it slightly darker, you could add a layer of black paint on top and make it the disired opacity. You could also do the same with white paint. I might post a more detailed tutorial, but this is all for now.

I want to make an animated siggy. I could probably make the pictures, but I don't know how to make it do anything.

There's a "Making an animated GIF" thread somewhere around here, I just don't know where, exactly.
