Good drawing. Sometimes I really wish I had drawing skills, but I can't seem to draw a thing. But then I think you can't be good at everything.

Well, besides the occasional drawings earlier on.. i really got into it about August. I could show you some of the first drawings I did when I started, and there is a good bit of difference between them and my current drawings... I'll go look for 'em!

This is almost embarassing to post.. I didn't realize just how bad I was just a couple of months ago until I started looking through my folder.. (turns out I started out in June actually...) This is the first picture I drew in my "Anime Binder". I stopped adding to it awhile ago because now I draw at random times and don't feel like adding them.. DATE: June 25, 2006 i73.photobucket.com/albums/i209/catgirlnat/Drawings/6.jpgCharacter is Megumi from Zatch Bell; I was coping from a Pic i had printed out..

I made a little character called Spitz II.
He's a dog that stands on 2 feet, and has 2 fingers and thumbs on his hands. and his feet aren't full connected.

Still not the best drawer, but I'll just get better as the manga moves on I guess XDand it will feature the guest character: CHO MO MO! Well, actually not really a guest. I think he will actually be a bit more important then a guest..

Well, I am gonna try at least. I still have to come up with names for characters, towns, spells, and things like that. I am going to write a bit of an intro to the story to show what it is about as soon as I get some essential parts sorted out.
Here is a vague discription with just some random facts and general theme
GENERAL STORY: --Witches are real, only people don't know that. When witches were hanged back in the 1800's some of them were actual witches and not innocent people like we think today. Around that era the witches realized that if they wanted to survive they would have to find a way to practice their magic without mortals knowing. So they created there own little world or demension where they could even live if they wanted to. --They also created spells books that had all the information needed to learn witchcraft if you did not have a witch mentor - this was also how they would live on, by having mortal people find the books and become witches themselves. And time moves on. --Around 2000 a girl who works at a witch museum (that is claimed to once be the house of a young witch) finds one of the withces books and the story goes on from there (well, it isn't as simple as that, but I don't want to make this post much longer)
**note: any of this can be changed becuase this was an idea I came up with like three weeks ago and just recently decided to make it real..

I researched "witch hunts of the 1800s" and found this departments.kings.edu/womens_history/witch/hunt/index.htmlit is a virtual witch trial where you pretend to be a persona that is being accused as a witch. I did it, and went through three parts of torture saying over and over "I am not a witch!" no, "I am not a witch!" and no matter what I did they never beleived me. T.T Give it a try! (try blaming the old lady, I didn't and it they still accused me of being a witch!)

;D yup! That's exactly what I was planning to do! I will scan the pics in, then assemble the pages, add text, etc. Then I will put the manga on my website where everyone can read it! I hope this all works out! I was looking in one of my manga and it has about 20-30 pages per chapter which = A LOT of drawing; So I am going to try to finish a chapter and then see if I am up to it to got further! I worked with Salty during study hall to get some crucial details right for the story, so here is some inside info: Setting: Verkenshire, New York (made up); around the current date. Main character: Cari (age 15) (occupation: student; summer job at The Verkenshire Witch Museum) i73.photobucket.com/albums/i209/catgirlnat/Cari.jpg(poorly colored pic of Cari drawn in Science Class ;D ; I hate the face in this pic, i always seem to loose the details when I outline it with the sharpie )
